SUBJECT:     SCHOOL STUDENT AND SAFETY REPORT

Please be aware that the primary objective of the Borden County ISD Emergency Operations Plan is to maximize the safety of our students and school campus.

If a student, parent, school employee, or member of the Borden County ISD School Community ever has a safety concern or knowledge of any type of real or inferred threat to Borden County ISD Students and/or faculty a School and Student Safety Report would be appropriate to use immediately as a safety device.  A link to The School and Student Safety Report can be found in four places on the Borden County ISD website.

This report can and should be submitted as a safety device for the entire Borden County ISD School Community if someone feels there is a need for the school or law enforcement to know of a potential threat.The report consists of six simple questions that can be answered.The identity of the person reporting the threat is optional. You can give your name when making the report or make the report anonymously. You only need to submit the report on one of the four locations for the report to be submitted.
