2026-2027 School year 7^th grade immunization requirements

*  Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis): One dose is required if it’s been five years since the last tetanus-containing vaccine. 

*  Meningococcal Vaccine (MCV4): One dose is required on or after the 11th birthday.

Students can obtain exemptions for medical or religious reasons, but this requires a written exemption from a physician or a signed affidavit, respectively. This must be updated every 2 years.

It’s crucial to ensure that all required vaccines are up to date before the start of the school year. Please have new immunization record to Mrs. Stansell before August 3^rd 2026
